The cellar at View 42° Restaurant & Bar features a showcase selection of Tasmanian wines from 100 vineyards around the island. Join a guided afternoon wine and cheese tasting and enjoy sweeping views over the port and harbour as you sample some of Tasmania’s special vintages, accompanied by a matched range of award-winning Tasmanian Ashgrove Farm Cheeses.
